Oh man, that's just so painful. Why hasn't she eliminated that problem? Surely someone had to critique her before now. And if she doesn't think it's such a big deal, then no dice for the senate seat. Ouch.

It's been reported that she was seeing a speech coach, but there were many other problems with her campaign. I don't think she ever really wanted the job. She showed no interest in politics before and voted infrequently. She was probably pushed into it by the family when Teddy was diagnosed, and proved to be almost completely unprepared for the whirlwind she was placed in. In short, her campaign was a monumental disaster. It's disappointing, but I suspect she's relieved.
