If anyone wants the total core for a cheep price of $66 or £40 then contact me this is 100% trustworthy as we have our own website that is running. . Much cheeper if bought in bulks

The purpose actually is to give you a little ease on making a sitting up position from a lying position especially if you are fat and cannot easily bend into a sitting up position but the spring has only a constant resistance. and it just tend to make push you you into a sitting position. BElieve me. SOrry for my bad english and i can hardly explain. But beofre buying this product, try to test it first so you can figure it out why it is not effective. THank you

The problem is, others are true and effrective and others are not. This is one of those fake machines.
WHen we do sit ups, our ab muscles work by contracting, shortening or compressing when we are trying to sit up from a lying position.
BUt when we use this total core, instead of our ab to work alone in sitting up, the bed with a spring at the back tends to push you back in a sitting position that makes your ab not work.
