I think the reasons he's always got a smile on his face is this: He is a groove master. Even PT's ballads (I'm thinking "Shesmovedon") have a distinct groove, and he holds it down hard. Wilson may be the main songwriter, but Edwin is the groovemaster of the band. Without doubt.
