Do Bodybuilders Need Supplements To Gain Muscle?
Should you supplement? This is an important question that needs to be answered. "Is pumping iron enough or do I need supplements to gain muscle? "

Let's talk about it.
Never mind the hype behind the hundreds of supplements to gain muscle that are available out there; the real question is how do we define the term "need"?

The question that pops up is "Do you actually need these supplements?". The answer is quite simple once you try to figure out what exactly they are needed for. Take a look at these questions....

"Are supplements to gain muscle mass and strength required for bodybuilders if they want to become bigger and stronger? "

The million dollar response.... Nope.

These companies are simply trying to increase their revenues, so it's up to you to realize that you do not need supplements to gain muscle mass or become stronger.

If you focus on eating adequate amounts of protein, carbohydrates, and fats while training at full intensity, you will see a big improvement in your strength and muscle size.

If you think you need supplements to gain muscle, you are mistaken. That's it. You can gain strength and muscle without them.

Taking this into account, bodybuilders shouldn't use any supplements to gain muscle, should they?

Not necessarily.

Well, consider this....
"Should bodybuilders use supplements to gain muscle mass and strength to grow as huge and strong as possible? "

Here comes the million dollar answer.... For sure!

The fact is, although you do not need supplements to gain muscle mass and strength, they ARE invaluable if you want to become as huge and strong as possible. If you choose to take the supplement route, you will definitely see more gains as compared to a bodybuilder who chooses to go without supplements, especially if you invest in the correct products and take them in the right amounts.

Considering the time and effort you put in at the gym or at home, it only makes sense to put a few extra bucks towards supplements to gain muscle and max out your gains.

You should ask yourself, "What am I willing to give for extra muscle gains? "

For example, if putting down some money for a bottle of creatine ensures that you are able to lift heavier weights, it makes it worthwhile. The same goes for that tub of whey protein—if it improves your eating plan, why not?

"So, do you need supplements to gain muscle if you want a better physique? "

If you are looking to gain maximum muscle mass and strength then you should definitely try a basic and easy supplement plan to maximize your results.

These four basic supplements are ones that I strongly recommend:.

1) Whey Protein
2) Creatine
3) High-Potency Multivitamin
4) Essential Fatty Acids

This is an excellent starting point and will increase your ability to build lean muscle mass, increase strength, and improve your body's fat burning capability. Avoid splurging on worthless supplements—these four have proven their usefulness over the years and will give you your money's worth.

If you want to get serious about reaching your muscle-building goals, check out these options to get that extra edge.

  • SO BE IT!!!

    THANKSSSSS

  • @jawbreaker480 creatine isn't forein to the body. Creatine is actually synthesized by the liver and kidney from arginine and glycine. Creatine gets phosphorylated in the body by creatine kinase to produce creatine phosphate, a compuond that can be used to readily regerate ATP from ADP when the body is in need of energy.
