The National Weather Service announced on Monday, January 31st that weather in Chicago can prove to be lethal, bringing whiteouts and flooding.
the storm has the prospective to be multifaceted and life threatening. Snowfall is predicted to be hefty so snow plows by yourself will not likely suffice to help keep it under management. To the other hand the place that is inclined to flooding is situated around Lake Michigan.

@MrAndymak1982 It's "too" not "to" (storms in Chicago and Illinois >>too<<) This form t-o-o means 'also'. Please do remember that cities and states are also capitalized. You also forgot an apostrophe in between here (which should have been capitalized at the beginning of your sentence.) and "s" to take the place of the "i" in the word "is". Other than these numerous grammatical mistakes you made, you did a fine job pointing out this young man's mistake. You sir are a genius!
