They basically cut out him playing the flugel horn, melodica, and his backing vocals. It would have been nice to see him PLAYING EVERY instrument that is actually on this song. Because he did in the studio. Originally, he wanted his band to back him but Neil Godrich said, "man, this would sound far better if it was just you" so thats what happened. This inspired me to be a one man band.
