  • I think all (overly) processed "food" is not going to do you any good, even if the box says "Whole Grain", even Kashi. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that it does not resemble actual food in the slightest, so therefore you should continue searching for actual food if you want to eat healthy. Muesli and (rough grain) porridge are actual foods that you might replace your cornflakes with or/and a bowl of fruit can help you to break the habit too:)

  • Thumbs up if you knew that you can get free Kashi Golean Cereal Sample at bit.ly\A5Rtpy

  • @Summerrdaize You need a bit more bio-chem to fully understand this. Everything can become glucose, the brain runs on glucose. Your body does not run on simple sugars, but it can utilize them when they are introduced into the system, but only for a short time, after a few years, your body starts to become resistant to the higher levels of insulin needed to clear the sugars out of your blood, and you wind up diabetic. Higher sugar diets are directly linked to obesity. Do some more research.

  • The ONLY foods on this planet that do not have sugars / carbohydrates are eggs and meat. Why stay away from the most natural thing on earth (Whole plant foods)? Carbohydrates are good for you!

  • @frosted1030 If sugar is "toxic" then why, when we haven't eaten enough carbohydrates/ sugars, does our bodies turn fat and protein into glucose that goes immediately into our bloodstream? The body stores carbohydrates as glycogen not as fat. The ONLY useable form of energy that our body has is simple sugars. We cannot immediately use fat or protein as energy, they have to be converted into simple sugars. If you stay away from carbohydrates, energy levels will be low.

  • Carbohydrates turn to sugar in your blood. Sugar is toxic, and your body instantly produces insulin to clean out the sugar (technically you store the sugar as glycogen in your muscles for quick energy, or fat). Too much carbohydrate over time, leads to insulin resistance and diabetes. Count your carbs and sugar! Eat less than 3 grams per meal, you will be more healthy. Remember that milk and fruit have allot of sugar too!

  • Organic Panda Puffs. Just cause it's organic doesn't mean it's healthy. If it doesn't say organic, it has GMO.

  • My healthy cereal is post shredded wheat original. With protein powder and fruits. Nice and filling :).

  • fatty cereal , fatty dinner , then i snack on fresh veges for the rest of the day .

    will i get fatter ?

  • Part 2

You definitely don't deserve all the negative comments about your videos and I think people don't always appreciate FREE genuine advice from a Great lady such as yourself !Your husband is such a lucky guy if you don't mind my saying either by the way)!

It wouldn't at all surprise me if these Processed Foods companies were paying some of the less informed nutritionists into posting miss-information out there on the net so they can make yet EVEN MORE money!
