  • @lKagomeHigurashi because in order to graph it you must put yhe 3 over 1( it needs to be in the form of a fraction in order to graph it.

  • Hey I have two questions actually people always told me to start graphing by the X-Axis and not the Y-Axis and also is only y=3x-1 the when you went up to 3 why did you move one place to the right? if its only 3 up?
