JB is the same. With this method you have more control than the other way around.

I think that they looked awesome even though I also prefer mine a bit more red inside. Great video, and I am gonna subscribe and catch up with your vids. I found you at 007's site. Great video BoY!

Hey retard, it's sea salt. Thanks for asking. And the steaks are fantastic. And they get my business because of how great they are. It seems you don't know anything about business either.

You get an "A" for "arrogance", friend. Congratulations!
I figured someone with such "expertise" in the matter wouldn't cop out and use gas/electric versus real charcoal grilling.

@ZachWildSuxxx And you get an "A" for asking the wrong question. You can always go elsewhere. And, you're changing topics. And, I do believe in charcoal, but all I have is my grill. Is that too much for you to handle, or do you want me to hold you? Look around the Internet, you'll find other articles that say the same. You know, research. And stop lecturing people on things you know nothing about, re: microbiology.

Do you always insult people who comment on your videos? I hope you washed your hands before rubbing that meat down.

@ZachWildSuxxx Only the belligerent fools that think they know anything. And your microbiology degree is from where?

@conman300 Oh I love it this way. With the reverse sear, you have a much easier way to judge internal completion before searing. So you can reduce that time.
Give it a try.
