ur a tool. it will be another 1% drop from arthas, anyone who can use 2 handers will be able to get it, and it will probably be unique-equip

well take for instance the ahn quiraji tank that is legendary and that onlly dropped 1 to 2 per server, this is FROSTMOURNE
have u seen arthas duel weild it? no because there is only one so only ONE should drop per server, it wouldnt surprise me if for some reason they made it drop for only ONE person in the entire game for that matter >__>

dude your not going to duel wield frostmourne IF IT DOES DROP there will most likely be only ONE per server and if there were some way you got it dual wielding it would be bullshit
