I think it has a GPS, and yes, it seems that as long as it runs Windows, it's Skype compatible.

This Tiny from overseas electronics how is the internet expl. surfing.

For almost the same price, I would recommend to buy a much more powerful laptop 17 inches (satellite from Toshiba for example) and buy a PDA such as the HTC TyTN II which is much more portable and has the same hardware specification (keyboard, wifi, Bluetooth, gps,3mps camera,...)
