amazing, very melodious, improvisation is so beautiful and subtle. I just love this audio and heard it 100 times for past one week since I discovered it. Tripti Jee I would love to meet with u in NY soon. Charukesi is my favorite raag.

It is so wonderful that the singer, Pandita Triptiji, has taken this south Indian raaga that mainly expresses Bhakti bhaava and has transformed it into a vehicle for Bhakti bhaava as well as the rasa-s of Karuna and Shanta. The listener really feels like he hears Meera's words-- "My Heart is totally immersed in the Saanvaree Soorat of the Divine!"
