Innocent til proven guilty right? They need probable cause to do anything to either of these people. They had no probable cause. Committing a minor traffic offense is not probable cause, neither is being nervous. I have experience that one first hand, while doing nothing wrong.

By the laws in most states it says that when asked by a law enforcement officer for your ID you will/must provide your ID at that time. Most times you can get off with a verbal warning of the law that may be in violations of and be let go or given a ticket. But if you are too stupid to shut up then you will go to jail. There is an old saying that goes like this, You may beat the rap but you will never beat the ride"

@xinecallaw Obviously they called the incident in on radio and it was unanimous he did break 2 laws. Saying Nazi, pig, etc. and doing it in your neighborhood across your yard when they just arrested someone is STUPID. You can be STUPID all day long, in the end, you're in jail.
Maybe you're a Nazi? It's not the smartest thing to say to police. If you want to encourage it, jails have room for more. Some can't learn a lesson until they suffer consequences personally.

I am willing to bet the judge will back the police in 97% of cases, whether they are right or wrong. They both represent the same thing. Cops manipulate and bend the laws to fuck with people. Not to mention confiscate ID's and other things like thieves.
