  • Come on bro. A real estate agent? There's no leverage in that. A real estate agent trades their time for dollars. Much like you do at your Nouveau briefings. With internet marketing, you create the content one time and it generates leads for you infinitely. There's a big difference my friend. As for income, I'm doing 6 figures in my first year online, but that's not my point. Nouveau Riche is not a home based business. It's hotel meetings on nights and weekends, soliciting friends and family.

  • You are right..... most real estate agents trade their time for dollars, which is why 9 out of 10 fail. Nouveau does have the model you talk about. However, I'm not most real estate agents. Both my businesses are leveraged. I work from home. I created content one time (like you) and it's generating leads infinitely. The difference is that I don't have to be making videos to get traffic to my content. That's extra time I can spend working ON my business, not IN it.......

  • Here's what you need to understand. I like real estate. I'm not in Nouveau because of the marketing opportunity (that's just extra cash on the side). I'm in it for the education. I know how GRN and Carbon Copy Pro works. I'm glad you made 6 figures. I just hope you teach your downline how to do the same...... that's all I'm here for, helping people how to succeed, not to argue over what's leverage. Good luck, thanks for all the comments...

  • I left Nouveau Riche because I was tired of going to hotel meetings on nights & weekends, buying leads, and soliciting friends and family...like they teach you to do. I don't know why you are denying that. Nouveau is not a "home" business like it claims to be. You spend all of your nights & weekends attending the same presentation over and over again. That's why I switched to internet marketing. My website does all of the selling and telling 24/7. It's called leverage, of which you have none.

    I don't deny that they teach that.

    Every network marketing company teaches that to some extent. What I will say is that I don't use what they teach. I have websites and hotlines which do all my selling and telling. I became my sponsor's mentor because I understand marketing and leverage. I can tell you spend many hours producing videos relying on free traffic. That's the equivalent of a Real Estate Agent spending 4-6 hours sitting an open house when they should be closing sales....

  • ... Now, I welcome your comments, but instead of arguing, I'd rather try and build a business relationship and see if we can help each other out. I don't want to waste my time. You have good copywriting skills and I feel that should you have had a different mentor in Nouveau, your story would be different. Now don't blame the system or the mentors, there's nothing you or I can do about that. But you can find a way to make the business work instead of saying it doesn't work......

  • ... The McDonald's brothers sold their franchise rights to Ray Kroc because they had tried to build the business and failed. I generate more leads than I can handle on both my business so I had to leverage myself to keep up with the business. When you get to that point, you'll be able to guarantee your performance. (i.e. Your home sold in 67 days or I'll buy it.... or 9 qualified buyers for your network marketing business in 90 days or I'll pay you $9,000 cash)

  • Hey everyone obviously NR is about the real estate because for the regents tuition package it costs 16k but if you just want to market you can get in that for 75 bucks. So come on people this company is about helping people reach a high quality of life and teach people how to increase their income. The teachers all have so much to offer because they have all been there, done that and got the t-shirt. And they are passing on how they have become so successful. Best Business Ever.

  • That's total bullshit. I had a "mentor" at Nouveau Riche tell me flat out that don't go out and do real-estate - its dangerous out there. Stay where its safe and market Nouveau Riche.

    I had my designated mentor tell me that he's not my real-estate couch; he's my marketing couch.

    Damn, I wish I had a voice recorder to catch that stuff.

    Nouveau Riche IS marketing first, then, maybe, if the marketing works, then you can try real-estate.

  • You obviously do no real estate then. Nouveau riche is Real estate FIRST marketing second
