Jeffrey Morgenthaler, board member of the Oregon Bartenders Guild, mixes up the classic cocktail, the Sazerac. The Sazerac originated in New Orleans, LA and has been the city's official drink since 2008. This Sazerac is made from Rye Whiskey, Peychaud's Bitter, Angostura Bitters, simple syrup, Absinthe substitute and a lemon twist.
