i like how he ran to collect his last pay check and quit before somebody ask who was driving the fork

You mean apart from the fact that reach trucks aren't designed to be used outside, he didn't have a clear area, the load CoG is forward of the fork centre, the forks are raised, and the mast is forward and not back on the reach motion it isn't his fault?

Soon as he cleared the truck his forks should have came down then the bounce effect would have not happened thus him running for his life, 2nd the speed with a heavy load should have been turned down a notch.

@Jagsm29 Oh ok cause that makes sense?
-
@VancouverCanucksRock reach trucks dont have seatbelts tool
-
hm... too much load.
FAIL

He did'nt jump out so much as get catapulted out, He He So much for risk assesment.
-
he's going way too fast to be safe.

The slow way is the pro way.

Didn't have time?? 'In all fairness' lowering the load is the first thing you do to control the weight, as soon as you're clear. It couldn't be more obvious that the guy never attempted to lower the weight at any point! Also he backed away far too fast, and if he couldn't 'realise' the weight he's as retarded as you are my friend, and he should never have been driving in the first place! Any other 'fair' points you like to add?? :-o

@gbrq2g You can get them with tyres for working outside. But most of them don't and so was this one i geuss

@VancouverCanucksRock there isn't a seatbelt on that reach lift
the idiot should have lowered it before driving off
In all fairness. He didn't realise the weight of the pallet. He didn't lower the forks as he didn't have time, as you see by the skid marks left by the brake has he rolled down the hill.
I say well done for jumping out when he did as staying in the cab could have caused some serious damage.
