香港中樂團 再度蟬聯「2009十大樂聞」
HKCO - Voted for Top 10 Music Headlines 2009
- 香港中樂團成為首個獲紐約卡內基音樂廳邀請演出的香港藝團，於「古今迴響」藝術節演出及舉辦兩場教育工作坊。
The Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra becomes the first Hong Kong performing group to give a concert and two educational workshops in Carnegie Hall in New York as part of Ancient Paths, Modern Voices: A Festival Celebrating Chinese Culture.
- 香港中樂團參與香港藝術發展局「人才培育計劃」，並成立「香港中樂團樂隊學院」，為年青菁英提供實習基地。
The Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra participates in the Arts Development Councils Music Internship Scheme and establishes the HKCO Orchestra Academy to provide practical training for youth.
