The Smurfs (In 3D) - New Trailer - In Theaters 7/29

The Smurfs make their first 3D trip to the big screen in Columbia Pictures'/Sony Pictures Animation's hybrid live-action and animated family comedy, The Smurfs. When the evil wizard Gargamel chases the Smurfs out of their village, they're forced through a portal, out of their world and into ours, landing in the middle of New York's Central Park. Just three apples high and stuck in the Big Apple, the Smurfs must find a way to get back to their village before Gargamel tracks them down.

This Movie is a disgrace to both the cartoon series and the comic strip and jonathan winters just blew it, because he was so good as the voice grandpa smurfs in the smurfs tv series and was very funny in films in the past such as It's a Mad, Mad, World and the russians are coming, the russians are coming, real absolute disappointment indeed.

I like the movie and there is suppose to be a new movie next year and I think they should start up the cartoon series again I loved that show growing up what I hated was that it ended and all the shows the ended in season 9 like the smurfs for example rugrats ended in season 9 and then that show came back on when they where grown up and they had three movies before that show came back on when they where grown up so maybe they will do that for the smurfs too ( I hope so)
