There is a slight story behind this video. The Doctor and Rose are starting their new life together but things don't go to well to begin with. At one point the Doctor is sitting with Rose and Jackie watching an old video of what life used to be like for them and they realize how much things have changed. A blur effect is used to show the past. Will things get better ? Watch and see :).
