@master9655 Exactly what ams said, its not rare, you automatically get to fight that red gyarados no matter what, its not special, so im just using it for HMs at the moment. But, i could always get those deleted if I wanted too. No big deal.

i have a question: do you face the elite 4 after the 8 badges in johto and after the 8 badges of kanto?

@bandityoshi Just to clarify CyndaquilLover's answer, You fight them after the 8 badges of Johto (Where im currently at in the game), Then you can rematch them when they are MUCH stronger after all 16 badges and defeating Red.
