  • The whole point of Tabata is 20/10, meaning 20 on and 10 rest. The whole point is to push 100% during the 20 on, and rest during the 10 off, so that u still end up trying to push 100% during the last minute/last 20s (and not standing about). By holding the squat ur not resting properly, and u ruin the point of the exercise (its no longer a Tabata). Having said that this looks brutal in its own right.

  • It's obvious that these people have no clue what a Tabata really is.

  • I have an Android phone and there is a great tabata timer for it called "My Interval Timer'. Does the job. Feel the burn.. So deep.

  • Why dont these people go build something or do something productive with this energy they want to burn off? I'm sure some old lady needs rocks moved.
