How do you like carnaval in Bahia vs. Rio? I have been to Bahia twice and it was awesome. But the nightlife isn't that great in my opinion. I will try and go to Rio when I am down there if I can afford to mainly for the nightlife.

Where are the good clubs in Salvador aside from Aeroclube Plaza? I'm not really big on that place. Does Salvador have good nightclub parties prior to carnaval? I arrive in Salvador on January 25th. I will be there for one month. I can't wait.
