Soldier of Fortune Payback (Xbox 360) gameplay

I'm just showing off a single player level in Soldier of Fortune: Payback for the Xbox 360. The difficulty is set on hard, and as you can see, I do end up dying, but I'm just showing off the gameplay here.

Though this game got terrible reviews, I enjoyed it.

This game looks decent lots of blood maybe to much lol though I do like the graphics to. I agree it ain't no COD but if your looking for fun and gamer score maybe this is it.

@KILR4mercs Why do people say stuff like "It ain't no CoD," whe the game is not trying to be like CoD. It has a few similar gameplay mechanics, but is not even comparable to be honest. It's like comparing Halo to CoD they are in the same genre, but not even remotely comparable games.

All games should have more/realistic gore. I hate treyarch for not putting the gore in Black Ops MP like they did with WAW. and I do not agree with teh2dgamer. All FPS should be taking COD as an example and improving on it not trying the same old stuff again and again because they don't want to be like COD. And I mean really improve on it, not make a bad clone like MOH did.

@3choBlast3r Right, so the next Quake should be Quake of Duty? Games may be in the same genre, but that doesn't mean they all have to strive to be the exact same game. Furthermore perk system aside, and modern skin aside, the Call of Duty series has been the exact same thing since the beginning, and that includes the mediocre single player campaigns. The only thing that makes CoD tops is it's popularity. This game is doing something different, and shouldn't be compared to CoD.

glad to see they didnt pussy out on the gore, i got "soldier of fortune, Double Helix" when it came out years and years ago, and it was crazy, you could split skulls and see brains, blow holes in stomachs, it was awesome.

fun game and only 12 people play it online but this game will fuck you over on achievements i played it through twice and played 2 hours online and i had 120 gamescore
