IF you get +85 dex, you have enough as a dexless to wear a rab.

It's pretty easy, you just need to get equips +85 or more, so you have enough dex to wear a scarab

You can't be dexless and be a scarab user, the term is low dex which means you wear dex equips to get a certain equips with the required ammount :D
