FUCK INDYMAC AND BANK OF AMERICA. TWO SHYSTER BANKS WHO HAVE DESTROYED COUNTLESS PEOPLES LIVES. Oh and thank you Bill Clinton and ALL the politicians who repealed the Glass-Steagall Act back in the late 90's - as well as the push to expand 'homeownership' to millions, thereby creating a MONSTROUS housing bubble. 20 years ago - you had to put 20% down on a home, and your mortgage was typically serviced by the SAME bank throughout the life of the loan. That kept prices in check with incomes.

Everyone should cancel their accounts with Bank of AMerica and stop doing business with them in every way possible. This is the only way they will change things.

I also get nowhere with Bank of America and other banks. These banks are committing crimes of abuse and should not go unpunished. I work in the real estate industry and Realtors and attorneys are outraged that nothing is being done. We would have our licenses revoked for much less abuse or neglect.

I love this, My bank is IndyMac and they have been no help. I have faxed and mailed in the same paperwork over 7 times times now and so far all they can tell me is that they have no programs that they can offer me unless I am more than 3 months late. This whole situation is a joke.
