I tried doing the last kind of pushup you showed where your elbows were on the floor... Fuck, no way in hell could I manage to do it

@ReadTerms it means what ur ding is to easy lol if u feel pain in ur arms u most likely wont even notice it in ur chest if u want chest go and do passion for profession work outs but start on lvl 1 but do regular push ups u will feel pain lol ;) im on lvl 4 as of know meaning i did all lvls took me 14months but u will get there

Thank you , I used to train with the bar/rod , but I want to try it with dumbbells ,I hope the result will be better lolz.

That means I do something wrong ?
