@sexyandyouknowit101 hunger vanishes after the 4th day of only water.
If you have anything else in the stomach hunger will persist.

I do many water fasts. The question was misleading.
Starvation mode occurs when the body is only 70% of its ideal weight which means the BMI is down around 15.
