Hiyaaaa! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my auntie got really defined Six pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.

make sure u dont eat large meals (especially any with MSG) before your fast and it should help you a lot.
