Nope. It's a custom built A4 with a 1,8T engine. Think I know since its a friend of mine who built it, and it's me who is riding along in the clip

Quattro system was developed in rallying. If something broke, they replaced it with better component. And finally when the system was perfect, they started using it in streetcars. So its almoast unbreakable.
