  • I have one of these homes . It was built by Brighton Homes in Houston in 2006

They assume NO responsibility for this .We lose !!

  • I am in the same boat as you. I just found out I have Chinese drywall, after dealing with tremendous health problems for 3 years. I hope something changes soon!

  • I am certified toxic drywall inspector i do on site chemical and physical analisis on drywall i suggest you repair your bathroom wall because it will keep generating vapors...if you need further asistance you can e-mail johnmart43@gmail.com don't hesitate my name is John Martinez

  • @He101A It's not Americans who want to buy cheap products, it's the corporations who are trying to save money in the manufacturing of products! Visit a Wal-Mart store. It's nearly impossible to find an article of clothing or a toy that's NOT made in China. The Feds needs to test and regulate imports, or stop them all together from evil countries like China!!!

  • I know what you are going through. I've been to the hospital 3 times. Each time the doctors sent me home with no diagnosis. 5 Cat scans. And to top it off my insurance didn't cover it. So now I have a worthless house and $20,000 in medical bills. What did you do? Did you remediate yet? How far did you go with it?

  • MsRusskie,

I feel for you and your family. I am guessing that your contractor decided to save on money and installed substandard drywall. Hope all ends favorably on your end.

  • Buying products from disreputable sources is like buying viagra online. Aren't you afraid your d***is going to fall off?

I'm an American and I think it's partly America's fault for opting to purchase inferior products from known inferior companies. America is continuously buying products from China and continuously blaming them for a lack of quality control.

My father who is a contractor only purchase American made stuff.

Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame of me. Simple as that.
