So I guess the point of this is that the Venus project followers are representatives of the future society and those who question them are the primitive neanderthals. oh, the ego these people have!

@willforrhall That wasn't really the point: it was about (a) frame of reference and (b) how one mindset from an era of civilization projects onto thinking about the next era (hunter-gatherer to agricultural revolution, agriculturalist to post-industrial, etc). So no, the lesson here was not supposed to be *people who like TVP are super smart and everyone else are cavemen*. I do have a slight ego when it comes to religious and quasi religious indoctrination. I do think I have a broader view.

@willforrhall I get annoyed with people too, it is difficult sometimes but I dont let disagreements bother much anymore unless the person is being purposefully cruel or whatever. For instance, there are some people who are anti TVP who are really aggressive and harsh. Im not really sure why some people are angry at all at people who support or are interested in TVP....I havent met many who arent overall pretty nice and who really care.

The new term is "Zeitards" they are throwing it around with the word cult like it's going out of style. Desperate times call for desperate measures?

@Widetotem Most things discussed in TZM and TVP are discussed in detached ways by lots of other people and scientists who know nothing about TZM. So the joke is really on the people who run around calling others *Zeitards*, because at any given time, the issue they calling someone that for is an issue agreed with and shared by scientists or other social commentators. So there are apparently Zeitards out there who don't even know about TZM.

As we enter the new age, more people will be building communities which are more self sustaining. If you can get a nice plot of land and built a home with solar and wind generators as well as greenhouses or gardens you will be battling the system with a two-edged sword. Each dollar in your pocket is a vote, and you may hate corporations, but if you buy anything from a corporation you are in turn voting to keep the institution in place. Until people stop buying into the lies, the lies will cont.

I like how many great points the video points out. One of the main ones is how people simply shut out anything different they cannot understand. Human's are constantly changing. It's quite arrogant people think that we have reached the "pinnacle" of humanity with capitalism. Until there is a complete meltdown nothing will change. I am a firm believer in leading by example, since actions speak louder than words. Stop buying except what you need, and try to claim personal sovereignty. Continued...
