I do download movies kinda... It's more like streaming for it... actually right now I'm watching a movie that just came out in theatres and the version I'm watching I'm guessing isn't completely finished because you can CLEARLY see the parts they used effects for lol... it's a little funny but I do wish I could see the real thing... and right now I don't have a job so... yeah. lol. If I had a job I'd probably follow your advice...

I got mine at canadian tire, normally $100 but I got it for $50 and I saw it at staples for $70

i dont think the main target of that $2000 thing is teenagers. Targeted more at ppl who do video editing for a living and who can make their own money...

If people do it for a living it means it's thier career, companies use thier own software, for example, if you work for Epic game studios, you use unreal engine to make the cutesenes, using rpograms that are not accessable to the public, the Adobe software would not be powerful enough for them.
Adobe targets people who do creative things on the computer, that's why it's called the Creative Suite, no matter what age, $2000 is still a rip off when I can just get it for free
