How could i be insensitive? I said so very sad. I heard he commited suicide i was very shocked about that .i have a lot of respect for him i never meant offend anybody

yes it is god who will judge our outcome. of course. everyone knows that. but we're taught from very early on that homicide and suicide are such serious hellbound sins. if we are to now try and change that rule, then where is the incentive not to kill ourselves or others if we are to think we are still going to heaven?

we were taught by brother mccary by preaching and by his example. he let us all down.

Amen. Very few have the courage to write as you have written but every legit Christian knows that what you are saying is the truth. It's too bad that most of your church is trying to fool each other and themselves in thinking otherwise. It's a shame but that's how it goes when something happens close to them. Suddenly the rules "change". Well, it might with them, but they do not change with God.

chrissy87, you confuse posting basic rules of god as outlined in the bible as condemnation for this man. it's rather sad that you consider that bad morals (assuming you were being sarcastic).

i guess i have to remind people that to murder someone, even if it is yourself, is not approved by god. not even close. if you continue to doubt what i say, i strongly urge you to read the bible. im ashamed that i attend church with so many ppl who dont understand god's law.

well unless you have re-written the bible and we didnt get the word, i will take what you say also with a grain of salt. suicide is a betrayal to jesus, church and family. if you do not agree with this, then i suggest you take a long hard look in the mirror. the 'full story' (which you couldnt possibly know if i know or not) is not important since i never learned that suicide is ok with god if certain circumstances are met. and i didnt judge the man, i stated facts according to my bible.
