yes..there was an programme called Sekai no Hate Made ItteQ featuring Tegoshi-chan. I was watching this programme and it so damn funny....if you want to see it just type 'Sekai no Hate Made ItteQ' in youtube...but it was only in thai sub...

lol, when they were almost at the finish line it sounded like the commentator was saying "Gah leaw! Gah Leaw" (He's old! He's old) but I'm quite sure he said "Pah leaw! Pah leaw!" (He's losing! He's losing!) 'cause it makes more sense o_o
