Because it's a real cool, fun, catchy song, this should've been a video clip of all the events and stuff that they did to raise money for the 2009 Telethon, instead of watching them look like they're struggling and over the whole Thank You thing. lol... Well Done!!
While it was great that the telethon raised 1.7 million for children in need - less than a third of that actually went to the children - most of it went to advertising and salaries. As far as this song is concerned...it is pretty lame and most of the people singing are just wannabes anyway (especially that girl off New Zealands Next Top Model or whatever it is, and she looks pretty bored by it too, like Drew Neemia)
whats your lyrics then? What would you say to folk you just donated to a charity? And you got 3secs to get the point across. What you got up ya sleeve there shakespear?
This is good song because of the message it gives, not because of how many people turned up to record it, or anything like that. Telethon raised 1.7 million dollars for children in need and thats an awesome cause.

I LOVED watching the Telethon. Was awesome. Pity I missed Drew Neemia's performance.
