you know, cavemen didnt eat meat everyday. so their bodies had time to clean all that nasty fat that it comes with out of the body via fasting. your not doing that. that means high cholesterolllllll . sooner or later

@itslindseyx3 Why would eliminating processed food, non-safe starch and legumes lead to disease?
-
@bluefishbrad and, what have you against removing processed food, grains and legumes from our diet?

LOL at some of the comments here. Yes, they didn't have canned food back then, but so what? The idea is to eat whole foods. Looks to me like this guy is eating better that most people so good for him. People need to stop getting so hung up on crap that doesn't really matter.

@ThePaleoWolf PALEO SUCKS !!

Eek raw open chicken above raw veggies :S You should put the meat on the bottom shelf just in case it drips.

Not to be too critical but the first thing we see is canned tuna and the title of the video is My Paleo Kitchen? I'm not 100% because I didn't live back then but I'm pretty sure there were no cans. All I'm saying is if you're gonna post a video on paleo, then be paleo!

CASHEWS ARE NOT PALEO!

Can you tell me what the item is you hold up and say is awesome? I can't hear what it is, something parts.
You ought to keep those huge bags of nuts in the fridge/freezer, the oils in nuts can go rancid faster than you'd think.

@IronCobra22 The paleo lifestyle isn't as stupid as doing the exact same thing as paleolithic humans. It's about achieving health the right way. Supplements, sea salt, vinegar, olive oil, coconut oil can all help in the journey to health. Most of us have jobs, we don't have the time to hunt all day long or prepare food.
