with the patch 2.02 DX10 is optimized, and DX9 now retains some characteristics of DX10

No news at this time. I hear they are working hard on patch 1.6 and the expansion. I'd imagine after that has settled in they will work on it more.

@archolon ye i know im playing right now, but advanced shadows are not working, fps is much lower than with dx9 (dx10 was supposed to improve fps over dx9) and as you said, its "test version".
Do you know when the 100 % working version will be out? did they say something?
