  • Awesome series! Thank you so much for posting it! I put it in a playlist format so I can email it to others. And as soon as I learn how to download the playlist to a dvd disc (I think that's what I have to do), I want to make copies and give them to local pastors, if that's okay with you? :)

  • @transitionalphase, do whatever you need to do! Rip 'em to DVD all day long!

  • Decent attempt, however, the Bible is anti-libertarianism

There's a lot of stuff you have to ignore, from the genocides, stonings etc. in the OT to Jesus' preaching of thought-crime and unquestioning obedience to authority, to paint a picture wherby the above is not the case.

  • @RPFS2008, It is not my intention to defend libertarianism. It's comparing Paul's views to the Bible - nothing more. There are different brands of libertarianism and Paul's brand certainly is compatible with the Bible. Your caricature of biblical justice and Jesus' teachings are highly mistaken. Please see my article at scribd.com/doc/60926160/Why-Anarcho-Pacifism-Is-Incompatible-With-Christianity-A-Response-to-Josh-Dies-of-Showbread.

  • @cutwithouthands

"Paul's brand certainly is compatible with the Bible"

And yet I do not think it a certainty at all, infact I think the opposite is more accurate. Paul would serve his first principles better were he to let go of his belief in the Biblical deity. A libertarian worshiping the deity which commanded death (and even carried out the punishment himself) for non-violent crimes is very strange indeed.

  • @RPFS2008, Any plain reading of Paul's books, articles and speeches will show that he is unashamedly a Bible-believing Christian. That is his first principle. You may think that is inconsistent with libertarianism, and it certainly is inconsistent with the pacifist/atheistic wing of libertarianism. But it is not inconsistent for Paul, as he does not belong to that wing of libertarianism. Let's not delude ourselves into thinking he is.

  • AWESOME SERIES MY FRIEND!!!!

  • GO RON PAUL!!!

  • @NorthAmericanLiberty I'm not responsible for this series. Cutwithouthands is. I just put in in a playlist format to more easily share it with others. However, I agree with you that this guy does seem like he would make a great pastor!

  • @transitionalphase This series is phenominal. If you are not in seminary or the pastor of a Church, you should be! God Bless you and your efforts! Thank You, I am using this series to help ussuage their concerns based on Media Misinformation. Keep up the Fight, Christian Soldier! I'm definitely a fan!

  • Thank-you, great job!

  • Thank you so very much for this series!!

  • THANK YOU! This is the KEY to Ron Paul winning. If this could get to every Christian, it would change the world. Excellent job. This is just the kind of 'defense' I have dreamed of making. There is no way I'd come to close to the fantastic job you did of laying out the facts. Bless you for giving permission to get this out on DVD. Do you sell them as DVD's? Not sure I would know how to get it on DVD... ?

  • Wow! I watched all 13 parts and really enjoyed every one of them. You did a fantastic job on this series and I thank you from the depths of my heart! I thought it was awesome how you included the text in the videos to reference the issues you were covering. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! May God bless you abundantly!

  • I typed in 'biblical ron paul' and got exactly what I was looking for. Thanks.

  • This is amazing! Thank you so much for taking the time to do this and educating us all. Ron Paul should take you on the road with him! God bless you as you might experience a lot of negativity.

  • You are very knowledgeable regarding these subjects. I think it would be great for you to ask a very hard question for the upcoming NH debates regarding one of the subjects you have talked about or maybe something else you feel relevant. Just my opinion though!

  • I know that God's word tells us that as believer's in Christ " we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." Ephesians 6:12.

I believe the body of Christ needs to be inspired once again to follow the lead from scripture in matters of civil government. My hope is that your videos will inspire believers in Christ to no longer "settle for the lesser of two evils."

  • Adam, I am planning on introducing your series of videos 1 at a tiime over the next fiew days to my Facebook family of friends. I found your message to be very timely, especially since the largest opposition to Dr. Paul's potential nomination is from the group that should be his most ardent reporters.

  • The problem isn't so much that Christians don't understand Ron Paul's views. The problem is that Christians don't know their Bible. The secular/humanist worldview has instilled in the vast majority of Christians a level of relativism that causes them to discount 2 Tim 3:16-17. This video series is an excellent start to reversing the lack of education that is pervasive in the Christian community. However it will only gather critical momentum when Christian leaders stand for truth.

  • What an excellent piece of work on all 13 videos. Thank you. I hope there are many young people like you, who know God's word and are not ashamed of sharing it.

As Farmers we live close to God's word on a daily basis, realizing He is the author of all and in charge of all. It is our hope to see Ron Paul as President, thereby raising the bar for those in politics EVERYWHERE!

Sad there are so few in the pulpits that would direct folks to the detailed scriptures you have shared.Thinkers arise!

  • @cutwithouthands Thanks so much.

  • @donwood777 I've made it there myself now. When Bachmann fired Wes Enos that was when I figured out her detractors were correct...she is not ready.

  • @RPFS2008 And that obedience to God is an individual choice, with individual consequences for not obeying. Unless you can point to something that tells me that if I do not FORCE you to be a good Christian I will be punished? Salvation is individual - not collective.

  • bravo. watched them all. very thoughtful.

  • @mtanousable

The Golden Rule does not describe the entire Bible, clearly.

I was referring to God when bringing up obedience to authority.

  • @RPFS2008 "the Bible is anti-libertarianism" Because the Golden Rule is the opposite of the non-aggression principle? You have it all wrong.

"Jesus' preaching of unquestioning obedience to authority" This is plainly ridiculous. Jesus disobeyed authority himself quite often, especially when he overthrew the money changers in the Temple. His teachings were about specific situations - not blind obedience. And ancient Israel was ruled, not by a central government, but by a court system only.
