1 pack tofu

1 cup bread crumb

6 cloves garlic chopped

1 pepper chili chopped

1 sring onion minced

1 cilantro minced

1 tbs dry shrimp chopped

1 tbs fish sauce

salt and pepper to taste

I would dredge the tofu in corn starch, not bread crumbs.
