I seen it just now, hes a normal guy, but he believes in magical stars, so honestly he believes in magic which gives him a unbelieveable transformation of his choice...in other words he wishes upon a star

It's kind of never explained. Its open to your own interpretation, really. I think he's just supposed to be someone incredibly magic.

Gackt is a Japanese pop singer. This movie might be found here, or on Limewire, or you can try eBay...I was lucky to find the video for like 4 dollars at a local FYE. Hunt around, you might find it... :P
