Hey hiufcf, this is amazing! I have no formal training and know only forms/arts that I've seen on youtube or from movies but I meditate and it seems like my body naturally reacts in the way it should for each new technique I see. I'm not sure if its kung from the meditation or just my body copying what my eyes are seeing, but after seeing this today for the first time, I was able to break the paper, but i don't know how other than I was punching with my whole body behind it. Help please??

I fail to see the correlation to Fa Jin? Looks more like speed, angle of impack and distribution of impack on surface of paper.

@lezmos Take paper hit the right angle (1 second)

@lezmos you really should read up on some basic magic tricks. This one is older than dirt.

Hi Lezmos, I have been doing taichi for almost 20 years. Not sure how long it takes to pierce a paper but I hv been working on fajin for a while already. Thanks for writing.

Very well. I like your Fajin. Could you tell me, which kind of training brought you to this amazing result? I practise taijiquan, but my fajin is not as fast than yours. I would be happy about a tipp for my own training :)

1) Work on your letting loose 'song'. The more song you get, the faster you will be. 2) Force must come from dantian or hip. It explores from there and everything else shld be loose. Happy training friend. Feel free to contact me anytime.

Thanks wa7id888. Martial art itself is an internal journey and should not be bothered with what others have to say. Take care.
