Tell me, from your legal standpoint, if I were to shoot someone in the back while standing over them, while performing a citizen's arrest, and I used the excuse that I thought I was going for my taser(assuming I was allowed to even have these weapons and control devices), would I receive the same kind of leniency? Officers have committed blunders of procedure with no concern for human safety, so saying "he wouldn't have done that because that's not the procedure, is TOTAL BULLSHIT.
