I believe this works... I hadn't heard of a banana diet, but have been craving bananas for a few weeks, and started noticing that I lost weight.

HOWEVER! -I simply hate videos on youtube that is nothing but spam for another website.

i was quite heavy, now i finished. i weighted 120 kg and now i am 85! this actually worked and was free. Only pay for some bananas! :D
