I'm not really sure, it was only called Touhou Extra Medley in the song list. As for the songs that medley consists of:

Reach for the Moon, Immortal Smoke - Fujiwara no Mokou's Theme

U.N. Owen was her? - Flandre Scarlet's Theme

Necrofantasia - Yukari's Theme

I think one of Aya's themes

The Grimoire of Alice - Alice's Theme (PC98)

If you download the stepmania pack, the MP3 is in the song folder along with the stepfile and the background images.

@AstonishingAce This song is a medley, it's a bunch of songs streamed together and likely remixed. As I had mentioned, it's titled Touhou Extra Medley and is in Pack 4, should have the MP3 in the folder for it if that is what you're looking for.
