keep the design looks! How is the Alias to die on a road trip between one city and the next (highway)? ... how smooth?, how noisy?, is it a comfortable ride?

Range still about 100 miles under best circumstances? I live within roughly a 1/2 hour drive from my siblings, and it would be wonderful to not to spend money on overpriced gasoline! Plus, how about heat/air conditioning?  Have provisions been made for these?
