But MB only when i have 3orbs?

@joaoandre MB on CD, even if you don't have orbs. The exception to this rule is if you have 4 seconds or less on ES.

@joaoandre VT > SWP > DP > MF til 1 orb > MB > if less than 10 stacks of Soul Fragment then MF, else VT > DP > MF until MB off CD and refresh as needed.

Schisme, please tell me , why you don;t use mind spike :-s ?

@azinoth Mind Spike removes your DoT's from the target and it also removes Shadow Orbs so you can't even use it at the start when you're waiting for orbs to spawn. DoTs are much, much better damage per cast, so hopefully that answered your question, if not let me know.
