LaFleche Family Singers: Gisele MacKenzie, Georges & Michel LaFleche: Play a Simple Melody

Canada's LaFleche Family has been active in the entertainment industry for over a half century. Daughter Gisele LaFleche became known as Canada's First Lady of Song while just out of her teens, and later changed her name to Gisele MacKenzie and crossed the border to star in the US on such shows as Club 15, Mario Lanza's Coke Time, Your Hit Parade, The Gisele MacKenzie Show, Gisele MacKenzie's Better Half Hour, The Sid Caesar Show, The Jack Benny Show and a host of others. In addition, Gisele scored some impressive record hits, starred in musical theater and concert halls, and became an all-around entertainment powerhouse. Gisele's brother Georges LaFleche starred on Canadian radio and TV and made some records of his own. Georges' son, Michel, continued in the LaFleche musical tradtion by starring at a young age on Canadian TV (where this clip originated)...and, now, as a grown-up continues to perform in musical theater, concerts, television, cruise entertainment, etc. This is one talented family in one of their rare appearances together.
