@jamesrschultz hello i own a hp g62 machine and i wanna upgrade to 8 gig ram i have ddr3 and i found two 4 gig ram bricks and i just wondered can it overheat and be destoryed ? please tell me and your tutorial where very helpful and motivating and am gonna save this vid for later times :D

Great tutorial! How do you find out what the max RAM upgrade is for any model? I need to upgrade the HP pavillion DV2 notebook pc with the athlon (TM) Neo processor MV 40. It currently has 2GB RAM (as originally sold). It's running Vista very slowly.

@kendo4life1 Just buy two 4GB DDR3 laptop RAM sticks and install them, there's 8GB!
