How to fix error "The program can't start because d3dx9_26.dll is missing from your computer.":

just download, un-rar (extract) and put in pSX folder 2:03 on video and it should work :)

I downloaded three/four different Yu-Gi-Oh! Forbidden Memories ROMs/Mods and every time I tried extracting the files, my computer would make a "DING!" noise. I assume the files couldn't be extracted. What do i do?

@Fonzy0619 hate to tell you but that ding sound can also mean its extracted successfully and will work :) hope you still have them tho
