@SuperDeadRooster you really belive thats all the research you need? look through his career and how much the style has changed. also he has often been credited for his unique style and his creativity. do i have to remind you the best rock,n,roll the drummer of led zeppelin. wasnt very fast or changed his drum beats, but he hold the rythm so precise that people were amazed. lars is not the best drummer in the world but saying he can`t drums is just as dumb as saying jimmi hendrix is overrated.

@lordifandk The only research anyone needs is watching this video. However, if you did YOUR research, you would know that many times it's taken longer and longer for the record to be finished because of his drumming. His beats are simple and rarely contribute more than the obvious to the songs, and compared to other drummers in the Metal world, he is downright awful technically.
