@SuperSwagmusic Don't Stop Believin' is written in E Major, while Can You Feel The Love Tonight is in Bb Major. The songs used in the video were in different keys to begin with, and were all transposed into the key of Don't Stop Believin' to show that the all use the "pop progression" of I-V-vi-IV. tl;dr summary: E Major was the key this was played in, songs got transposed.

Okay, about the "four chords". While the songs may not have originally been written in the key of E Major as they are played here, they do, in fact, use the same chord progressions. That is all.
